I've been part of this fantastic SURF family, creating an innovative vertical on Cyber solutions called Zero-Trust Enterprise browser, which gives organizations the unique ability to control and monitor all the relevant activities of their users with minimum interference and friction, making sure both the organization and the user are safe, with minimal deployment effort. The solution is based on a customized Chromium Engine, Advanced Security and Performance Dashboards, and frictionless policy settings.
From 2021 until today, I've worked as hybrid Product Manager and Product Designer on Pipl's new Trust Console and Decision Engine
At Pipl, I had the unique opportunity to use my passions for Product Management and Product Design to create the new Trust Console, which contains all the Pipl Trust solutions: Trust Insights, Trust API, Decision Engine, and Accounts Management.
From 2020 until 2022, I've worked as Consultant and then joined Pipl in a hybrid Product Manager and Product Designer position to create Pipl's unique Trust Insights
Everything started as a consultant job which became a passion that led me back to Pipl's family to create this one-of-a-kind visual analysis tool designed to speed up and improve the manual reviewer analysis and decisions process of flagged online transactions. Adopted by market leaders, we got an impressive result of speeding up their verification process by up to 40% with higher precision rates.
From 2020 until 2021, I've worked as a hybrid Product Manager and Product Designer position at LivePerson (B2C - Kasamba)
Thanks to my visionary head of product, I had the opportunity to start my transition from a Senior Designer to a Product Management in a unique B2C marketplace. We lead numerous AB tests to improve user acquisition and lifetime value. As a result of a series of experiments, redesigns, and new emphatic flows, we archived an impressive uplift of 300% in the conversion rates.
From 2019 to 2020, I've worked as Senior Product Designer on Pipl's Search Insights and Investigate products.
I received an offer to lead the Product Design and push a significant change in the main product: Search Insights (Formerly Pipl Search Pro), the most effective SaaS application for investigative purposes, which allows you to find someone starting with almost any piece of information you may have, like phones, emails, social handles, addresses and much more.
From 2018 to 2019, I've worked as a senior UX/UX designer and team leader at Imperva, a cyber security leader in WAF
I received the chance to lead a small design team from the digital marketing department of Imperva, an impressive and high-performative team responsible for the most crucial lead acquisition platforms like the main Website, Blog, Bootcamps, and Documentation Portal. We had the unique opportunity to run a 1Bi company, complete rebranding and implementing the very early versions of a Design System, influencing all the products.
